Before founding eSearchPro in 2000, Kristin built her career in the temporary staffing industry. She consistently ranked in the very top percentile of all sales and sales management positions held.

With eSearchPro, she transferred that imperative sense of urgency required in temporary staffing into how she and her team conduct every direct hire search. The result? eSearchPro’s average time to hire is typically right around 28 days, making her team among the fastest and most well-respected recruiters in the industry.

Kristin’s priority is to ensure that clients, candidates, and her internal team feel they are treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times.
