Kristin Jiles has been in the executive search industry since 1990. The last several years have primarily been focused on servicing the hiring needs of enterprise software solutions providers. She has sold, recruited and managed in a multitude of geographic locations for many Fortune 1000 and multi-national organizations. Since 2000, her focus has been on small to midsize high growth organizations. She is incredibly hands-on in her approach to the eSearchPro business and enjoys every aspect of it.

Everett Jiles has over 20 years in the Information Technology field. He has advanced degrees in Computer Sciences, and has worked extensively in the defense, corporate and public sectors. Everett is well versed in all sides of technology, and acts as the technical expert for the organization.
