Kristin Jiles - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kristin is a Founding Partner of eSearchPro along with her husband, Everett, and has been in the executive search industry since 1990. The last several years have specifically been focused servicing the hiring needs of enterprise software solutions providers. She has sold, recruited and managed in a multitude of geographic locations for many Fortune 1000 and multi-national organizations. Since 2000, her focus is primarily on self and/or venture capital funded high growth, pre-IPO organizations. She is incredibly hands-on in her approach to the eSearchPro business and enjoys every aspect of it.

Everett Jiles - Chairman of the Board
As Co-Founder and CEO, Everett comes to eSearchPro with 20+ years in the Information Technology field. He has advanced degrees in Computer Sciences, and has worked extensively in the defense, corporate and public sectors. Everett is well versed in all sides of technology, and acts as the technical expert for the organization.

Wendy Segade - Vice President & Principal Recruiter
Wendy has been in the staffing industry since 1996 and has successfully placed hundreds of candidates throughout the United States and Canada at pre-IPO start ups and at large corporations. Coming originally from the Tri-State region, Wendy is also a graduate of New York University

Tom Schueler - Recruiter
Tom Schueler comes to eSearchPro with extensive experience in the finance vertical working in management positions with large multi-national lending institutions. Joining eSearchPro in Q4 of 2004, Tom continues to apply his expertise in identifying and harvesting talent for the firm.
