Kristin Jiles - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kristin has been in the executive search industry since 1990. The last several years have primarily been focused on servicing the hiring needs of enterprise software solutions providers. She has sold, recruited and managed in a multitude of geographic locations for many Fortune 1000 and multi-national organizations. Since 2000, her focus has been on small to midsize high growth organizations. She is incredibly hands-on in her approach to the eSearchPro business and enjoys every aspect of it.

 

Everett Cole - SVP of Operations and Technology
With advanced degrees and certifications in Information Technology, Everett has been a part of eSearchPro handling the majority of technical challenges for the past decade.  He also remains an integral part of the executive decision making process for the corporation and is a valuable asset to the team and overall success of the firm.

 

Wendy Schwartz – Principal Recruiter
With over 15 years of experience, Wendy Schwartz is highly skilled at using traditional recruiting methods and has an extensive network of resources. She is adept at taking advantage of social media and the latest technologies to source the best and brightest. Wendy has a proven history of placing top professionals in various sales and sales technology roles throughout the US. She holds a post graduate degree from New York University.
 

 

Tom Schueler – Candidate Advocate
Tom Schueler comes to eSearchPro with extensive experience in the finance vertical working in management positions with large multi-national lending institutions. Joining eSearchPro in Q4 of 2004, Tom continues to apply his expertise in identifying and harvesting talent for the firm.

 

Lauren Hopkins - Intern / Researcher
Lauren is in her senior year at Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Tx and is a Marketing Major.  She has consistently been recognized for her academic achievements and is currently on the Dean's List at DBU.  Lauren is responsible for all research and lead generation for eSearchPro as well as driving our Inside Sales program in each state across the nation.
