Description: The Regional Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling our client's pre-employment screening solutions to companies within their designated territory.

Responsibilities:
• Sells the organizations products and/or services to regional territory accounts by contacting established customers and developing new prospects.
• Sell and coordinate the sales activity of major accounts headquartered within the specified territory of assignment.
• Maintain expected call activity.
• Maintain top prospect list.
• Meet or exceed revenue budget.
• Completion of necessary weekly and monthly reports by established due dates to communicate sales activity and customer specific requirements.
• To sell and service accounts within a specified territory.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with customers and within the industry in the territory.
• Attend training and management conferences sponsored by company management.
• Maintain product knowledge of our products and services.
• Maintain industry knowledge of the uses and needs for our products and services.
• Provide support to other areas of the company as needed and develop ways to bring synergy between the various companies under the corporate umbrella.


Knowledge and Skills:
-BS or equivalent experience
-2 years experience required
-Sales experience, customer service, aptitude for learning new products and services in a timely manner, etc.
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Self Starter
-Focused and Driven

  Salary: Base to $55K+,   Total Exp: 3+ years,   Start Date: ASAP,   Location: Dallas, TX
